Vaccination Requirements
- Current vaccinations required (e.g., rabies, distemper, Bordetella).
- Please send me a pictures of vaccination records.

Health Requirements
- Dogs must be free from fleas, ticks, and contagious illnesses.
- Any existing medical conditions must be disclosed.

Pet Identification
- All pets should wear a collar with ID tags.
- Microchipping is encouraged.

Food and Supplies
- Owners must provide food and any specific dietary requirements.
- Personal belongings (toys, bedding) are welcome, but do not bring food and water bowls.

Check-In/Check-Out Procedures
- You can come in anytime to pick up and drop off your dogs/cats
- Late check-out policy (if applicable).

Neutered/spayed
- We DO NOT accept non-neutered dogs or cats (except puppy or kitten)
- however, we are welcoming non-spayed dogs or cats as long as they are not in heat

Communication
- We use "Whatsapp" to communicate with owners
- We send pictures and videos time to time to update your pets

Payment Policy
- You must pay up by dropping day or an hour before drop off.
- After you submit this form, I will be sending you invoice by using quickbooks:
- You can e-transfer full amount on the drop off date to:

- OR you can pay with cash
 

Cancellation
- You are free to cancel at any time. However, if you are uncertain about your plans, we kindly ask that you give us a heads-up in advance to help us accommodate any changes more effectively

Please ensure you are certain before making the payment. However, if you choose to pay the full amount before the service begins, please note that all payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances
