Adoption Process

  1. Complete the Adoption Application Form.
    Please select your preferred date for a “Meet & Greet” with the pet.

  2. Scheduling the Meeting.
    After reviewing your application, a Board Member will contact you to confirm and schedule your “Meet & Greet.”

  3. Probation Period & Deposit.
    Once approved, you may take your pet home for a five-day probation period

  4. Final Confirmation.
    After the five-day probation period, a Director will contact you. If you wish to keep your pet(s), simply confirm by saying “I want him/her.”

  5. Final Payment and Transfer.
    You will then pay the remaining adoption fee. Once payment is received, a Director will update your information and provide the pet’s medical report and a confirmation letter.

​For distances exceeding 60 km, an additional transportation fee of $50 will be added to the final adoption payment.

Please note that all payments — including surrender fees and adoption fees (deposit includes) — are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. We strongly encourage you to review all information carefully and ensure that you are fully committed before completing the form and submitting your payment

As a non-profit organization, our resources are limited, and we may not always have the budget to fully vet every pet right away. We appreciate your patience and understanding. If you’re interested in adopting a pet that has not yet been fully vetted, please contact us for more information
