For over five years, Ivan has dedicated himself to rescuing and fostering pets in need. He began his journey in the city, helping animals find safety and comfort, and later moved to the countryside to expand his rescue efforts. With four years of experience as a K9 unit handler, Ivan has developed strong communication, trust, and protective skills, building deep bonds with dogs through compassion and teamwork.

Chelsea has been a dedicated pet groomer for seven years and is truly one of a kind — a woman of remarkable mental strength and a heart full of compassion. Despite juggling multiple jobs and having limited time for herself, she spends her free hours grooming and rescuing animals in need. Her unwavering passion and selfless devotion make her an indispensable part of our mission to ensure every animal receives the love and care they deserve.

When the Society shared his vision for building a nonprofit organization, she immediately showed her passion and eagerness to be involved. Despite her full schedule, Jennifer is deeply committed to helping animals in need and brings warmth, dedication, and compassion to the team. She is not only an incredible supporter of our mission but also a truly wonderful mom.

Grace McAfee
Grace has spent her entire life on a farm, caring for animals and respecting wildlife. She and her husband own a beautiful farm in Beaver County, home to goats, dogs, cats, and horses. Living among animals is simply part of who she is. When MASS-CARE introduced its new journey as a nonprofit, Grace was excited and eager to lend her support.

Tasha is an internationally certified dog groomer of 12 years with a lifelong passion for animal welfare. With years of experience volunteering at a local horse rescue, she brings both hands-one care and leadership to the team. Her commitment to giving animals a second chance runs deep. Tasha is dedicated to supporting the rescue's mission and ensuring every animal finds the loving home they deserve.
